Xenerco identifies, develops and operates projects using its own capital. When financing the construction of the projects this is done using a mix of capital and debt, normally 60 to 70 percent debt and 40 to 30 percent capital.

By using this model income and cash flows are maximized through the generation of three different revenue streams:

• Operation and Maintenance Contract
• Plant Optimization
• Sale of Proyect

This ensures rapid reinvestment of capital, secure long term cash flows and high rates of return on investment.
