Code of Conduct
Some of the points that Xenerco´s code of conduct considers are:
- All Xenerco employees must avoid conflicts of interest between their personal interests and those of Xenerco, conflicts of interest with and Xenerco´s clients should also be avoided.
- Employees should not make improper use of privileged or confidential information they obtain by being a part of Xenerco.
- Employees must deal with clients, customers, suppliers, competitors in a manner that is lawful, honest, and fair.
- All employees must ensure that Xenerco´s assets are at all times being protected and used for legitimate and legal business and commercial purposes.
- All employees must report any actual or potential problem that breaches Xenerco´s code of conduct, any of the companies corporate policies, or the law.
- Xenerco commits itself to providing a work environment with equal opportunities for all employees regardless of race, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual preference or marital status.
- Xenerco will provide protection for those individuals who report violations of the code of ethics, or other unlawful orunethical conduct that occurs within the company.
